Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The package is tampered with during delivery.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
